Pros: Slim body, light weight, loud sound, good display, great webcam, Acer gives option to make factory default restore disc, uniform slimness no bulging at the back like Dell and Asus, fan noise is very low as compare to earlier acer models
Cons: in mouse-pad no horizontal scrolling, only 3 USB, no separate volume control use Fn +arrow, no blue tooth. no screen lock, no line in socket,

We bought two computers for our 2 college-bound kids. They arrived in short order with no discrepancies. Very easy to get up and running with network connections, software installations etc. Screen display & colors are excellent with plenty of memory for everything they'll be doing with them. Also bought a 24" HDTV & a wireless keyboard/mouse. They use those items in their dorm rooms with the laptop connected to the TV which converts it into a work station. For classes, they unplug from the TV & take the laptop with them. They both report the computer's speed and capabilities are great with no regrets.

I was looking for a quicker laptop that wouldn't set me back mega money. This is it!! It's as fast as I wanted it to be, along with being a dependable computer and has a fantastic battery! Very good buy.
